To join the Smugglers Alliance, click "Faction" under the "Manage" list and select "Join Faction". Scroll down the list until you see Smugglers Alliance. Select it and click the join button. After you have done that, contact Ganner Groundrunner via Darkness Message and let him know that you're wanting to join.
